At times, some indie developers just prefer to take an existing concept and put their own spin on things; and hey, there's nothing wrong with that. There are some indie games that actually end up being better than the classics that they're molded from, while still giving retro gamers that sweet rush of nostalgia.

There's something off-beat about the game. It could be the iffy controls, which aren't as responsive and tight as the Mario games from which it's inspired. The collision is far from perfect; as I was completing this review I actually came
It seems harsh but Freeze Me is ironically dull, repetitive beyond repute, as well as clunky in both camera movement and basic character manoeuvring. FreezeME is a delightful 3D platformer that I highly recommend to anyone who can get their hands on it.
