In order to appeal to a wider audience, the game features very simple puzzles with little to no variety, which is the biggest downside for me. Other than that, it has a genuinely excellent combat system and impressive animations.
The game initially did not resonate with me. I felt Kratos was too squishy for being the deity of war. I died a good 3 times in the training area and this frustration carried to the elf realm. I had to lower the difficulty to actually have an experience that
go-d of war game back strong, but it felt off a bit like soul likely but still good
Could've done some things better, but overall an intense and satisfying experience with Kratos.
I don't quite love it as much as others. An absolute classic and must play though. Just not my kinda game. But it turned me into a fan and will def have Ragnorok on my must buy list. Cuz you do get quality with everything in game.
What is there to say about this game that no one else had already?
This might be the closest thing to "perfect" in the gaming industry, phenomenal acting, directing, combat, writing, visuals, everything here is top notch.
great game, nothing more nothing less, i just think that is not really my thing
10/10 Dad of boy, Father of one! What's there to say. It's G0d of war. Amazing reboot of a series.
When you think PlayStation you usually think G*od of War or Kratos. G*od of War was a game changer back in 2005 with cinematic fluid combat, memorable characters, and intricate level design, as well as the birth of quick-time events. 13 years later the entire game is reinvented not just
One of the most beautiful stories I've ever seen/played -- had me in tears a few times -- very touching! Masterclass in video game narrative, balance, action and perfection.
The only bad thing I can say is about the combat. Somehow every lousy enemy can interrupt Kratos' heavy attack, but Kratos himself has to dodge all heavy attacks. Apart from this minor annoyance, the game is great.
