GoudaCheese Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game Review

This game suffers on console. Replay mode crashes the game, tutorial mode lags like crazy even though it is an offline mode. I have never been more hyped for a video game leading up to this one. However, I am greatly disappointed. There is only one difficulty setting where the whole time it seems like the AI is cheating at the game with beyond human reaction times and annoyingly constant grabs. And what is with the glitching and black screens flickering off and on at odd times? (this only seems to happen in certain modes) Other than that it is somewhat fun. I really enjoy the training mode and the breakdown feature (both don’t seem to have lag). I am playing on Nintendo Switch. Horrible lack of optimization. The Devs should really try fixing this before they even consider huge content updates. The game is mostly unplayable right now. If the devs fix the glitches and hiccups I am sure this game has potential to be amazing.
