The history of Terminator games is nearly as old as the franchise itself. It kicked off with the DOS action adventure The Terminator, developed and published by Bethesda Softworks in 1991, seven years after the first film. Over two dozen Terminator games for everything from PC and consoles to arcades and pinball machines have followed over the next three decades.

Yet another game based on the iconic sci-fi franchise now seems to be on the horizon, according to a recent addition to the Australian Classification Board (ACB) database. The December 19 listing, first spotted by Gematsu, references a game called Terminator 2D: No Fate, which is described as being developed and published by Reef Entertainment.
