In a new teaser, Fortnite confirmed that Johnny Silverhand and V from Cyberpunk 2077 will be coming to the island soon. Cyberpunk 2077 is a popular video game RPG originally released in 2020. After continually improving the game over the course of nearly three years, CD Projekt Red released its award-winning DLC, Phantom Liberty, in 2023. While it has been rumored that the game could be crossing over with Fortnite, this is the first time fans have received official confirmation.
Epic Games recently launched this year's annual Winterfest within Fortnite. During the 14-day event, players can log into the game daily to receive free rewards. Fortnite players will even be given two free skins over the holiday season, one of which appears to be the santa-themed version of Snoop Dogg sitting within the game's winter lodge. The collaboration between Fortnite and Snoop Dogg began in November and has proven to be one of many recent crossovers.
