In a December 2024 Twitch stream, popular content creator Kai Cenat revealed that he will play through the Batman: Arkham Trilogy as part of his upcoming gaming marathon event, though a date was not confirmed at the time of writing. Cenat then stated that he was "in good talks" with people who have been involved with the Batman series in some way, but did not elaborate further.
Originally released in August 2009, Batman: Arkham Asylum was the first title in the Batman: Arkham franchise, which put players in control of the Dark Knight himself. With the Joker seizing control of the titular asylum, Batman navigates through the prison and the traps laid for him. Arkham Asylum was followed up by Batman: Arkham City in 2011. With an open environment to explore, and some of the most unforgettable boss fights against Batman's rogues' gallery, Arkham City was considered a step up from Arkham Asylum by fans. The trilogy was concluded in 2015 with the release of Batman: Arkham Knight.
