Bethesda and Microsoft have revealed the extras and additional merchandise included in the Doom: The Dark Ages Collector's Edition package. Doom: The Dark Ages will launch on PS5, PC, and Xbox Series consoles on May 15, 2025.
The Doom series has experienced a resurgence in popularity since developer Id Software produced a modernized reboot of the franchise in 2016. Now, years after the release of 2020's Doom Eternal, Doom: The Dark Ages is set to take the saga of the Doom Slayer in a new direction. Rather than its classic inspiration of sending a sci-fi-inspired super soldier into the depths of hell, Doom: The Dark Ages takes inspiration from fantasy in its weapons and setting, placing the Doom Slayer in a world full of dragons and castles. Players will rip and tear their way through legions of demons using an array of weapons both new and old as they aid the Night Sentinels of Argent D'Nur against hell's forces.
