Ubisoft has confirmed that Rainbow Six Siege has made some extremely important updates to its anti-cheat system, which should help the game become more cheater-free. The battle against cheaters in competitive FPS titles is never-ending, but Rainbow Six Siege has taken a big step forward with its latest update.

Despite being initially released back in 2015, Rainbow Six Siege maintains an extremely dedicated community thanks to Ubisoft's long-term commitment to the game. The competitive tactical shooter space has a few big competitors with titles like Counter-Strike 2 and Valorant, but it's a testament to the quality of Rainbow Six Siege that it has remained relevant for as long as it has. The game isn't exactly showing signs of decline, either, with a similar average player count over the last few years, according to SteamDB.
