There are plenty of ways to organize items in Stardew Valley, but the way this player has decided to do so has a few fans scratching their heads. Stardew Valley gives players the freedom to design their farm however they see fit, including how they choose to store items within chests.
Reddit user Brewhilda decided to join in on their friends' game, and when they got there, they were confused about their organizational choices. Stating "An organization system I have never seen before" as their title to the post, their friend simply told them that they organized each chest by color, which had the poster "dying laughing."
While there is no right or wrong way to organize in Stardew Valley, the comments on the post seem to agree with the original poster. User Aware-Performer4630 states, "Where do prismatic shards go?" Prismatic Shards are rainbow-colored, which means they wouldn't fit in any specific chest if the player is organizing items by color alone. User TheManyVoicesYT responds to this comment with, "Don't, their brain will explode! They go on the ground because they don't fit anywhere... or they get their own chest."
