GTA 6 Could Be Borrowing One of Red Dead Redemption's Best Features

Grand Theft Auto 6 might feature a hunting mechanic, according to some recently surfaced job listings reviewed by Game Rant. Even if the game doesn't incorporate a full-fledged hunting system in the vein of Red Dead Redemption 2, GTA 6 still seems likely to put a greater focus on animals than any prior entry in the franchise.

Rockstar has yet to share any new details about its much-anticipated title since premiering the GTA 6 reveal trailer in early December 2023. And while this period of radio silence continues, the company's job listings have occasionally offered some hints as to the game's feature set.

A well-known leaker shares some new information about GTA 6 editions, which will supposedly mark a departure from Rockstar's typical release strategy.

In yet another example of this trend, Rockstar recently started advertising multiple openings for artists of various seniority levels. Some of these listings, reviewed by Game Rant, explicitly mention creature design and animal model rigging under the list of the advertised roles' responsibilities.
