A new Call of Duty update is now available on Steam and Battle.net, with an important fix for a recent blue screen error that was causing severe issues for Black Ops 6 and Warzone players. The latest Call of Duty update is currently only available for PC users on Steam and Battle.net, but Activision has confirmed that it will be rolling out the same update for the Microsoft Store sometime on February 5.
Since the launch of Season 2 on January 28, Treyarch Studios and Raven Software have released regular updates for both Black Ops 6 and Warzone. Prior to the new PC update on February 4, the last Call of Duty update to be released for all platforms was on February 3, which brought numerous bug fixes to both titles. While Black Ops 6 Ranked Play finally launched its new vote-to-forfeit feature, Warzone players were treated to a handful of weapon adjustments. The Model L, KSV, and Feng 82 all received slight buffs, while the Jackal PDW had its medium damage range nerfed.
