China-based studio Amazing Seasun Games confirmed that multiplayer third-person shooter Mecha BREAK will release in spring 2025 as an Xbox Series X|S console exclusive. Mecha BREAK is the studio's first console game, and more details involving the game's Xbox console exclusivity were revealed.
Mecha BREAK was initially announced at The Game Awards 2023 with an action-packed reveal trailer. Nearly half a year after the reveal, the Mecha BREAK Xbox Series X|S beta test was held in August 2024, and Mecha BREAK surpassed a million wishlists on Steam as one of the most popular upcoming releases at that time. This past December, Mecha BREAK also received a new update at The Game Awards 2024, which confirmed the 2025 release window with a new trailer. In Mecha BREAK's first update of the new year, the developers confirmed new details about the game's Xbox exclusivity.
