Elden Ring Nightreign Release Date Revealed, And It's Much Sooner Than You Expected

Elden Ring Nightreign has set a release date, and it's becoming available not long after the game was first revealed at The Game Awards 2024. The dedicated co-op game is an interesting departure for FromSoftware, being a spin-off of what the developer has become well known for, primarily single-player RPGs. Elden Ring Nightreign's quick turnaround from announcement to launch avoids a lengthy promotional cycle that its namesake had become infamous for.

Elden Rign Nightreign will be released on May 30, 2025, which will be just under six months after it was announced on December 12, 2024. Nightreign's May 30 release date was confirmed by a new trailer from the Bandai Namco Entertainment America YouTube channel.

Alongside the announcement was a reveal of Elden Ring Nightreign's special editions – a Deluxe and a Collector's Edition – and an available preorder bonus, the It's Raining gesture. Notably, May 30 is also less than a year since Elden Ring received its first and only major DLC expansion, Shadow of the Erdtree.
