New content for Luigi's Mansion 3 has dropped, with more content coming later this year.

The first planned DLC pack for Luigi's Mansion 3 has released. This DLC pack gives Luigi three new outfits to wear in the ScareScraper mode: Mummigi, The Green Knight, and Groovigi. There are three spooky themes that will transform the tower's floors randomly, as well as five new themed ghost encounters. The themed ghosts and floors will only appear when Luigi wears one of the new outfits.

Also coming in the first content pack for Luigi's Mansion 3 are three new games in the ScreamPark: Dodgebrawl, River Band, and Tricky Ghost Hunt. DodgeBrawl is a take on Dodge ball, where players shoot balls at each other and have to watch out for bits of fruit. River Band has players floating on a river dodging logs as they try to collect the most coins. Finally, Tricky Ghost Hunt has players capture ghosts while having to watch out for electric floor panels. All of these games can be played with just one player in practice mode, regardless of whether or not they have the DLC. There will also be an Album mode where gamers can listen to the game's soundtrack. You can see a trailer for all of these new additions below.

The second DLC pack for Luigi's Mansion 3 will be released sometime in July. This pack will add even more game modes and outfits for Luigi to wear. Both DLC packs can be purchased as a bundle in the Nintendo eShop for $9.99. It is unknwon if the packs will be released on their own. Those who purchase the DLC will receive an in-game Polterpup light called the "Flashlight Type-P" which can be used in Story Mode or in ScareScraper.

Along with the DLC, a new patch has been released for Luigi's Mansion 3. The patch is required to unlock the new DLC. There also a number of fixes being made to the game. The patch notes can be seen here.
