Xbox Game Pass will lose two Yakuza games and six other titles at the tail end of February 2025. Following these removals, Xbox Game Pass members will no longer be able to play through the early Yakuza series entries in chronological story order.

Microsoft's subscription service typically pulls games from its content catalog every two weeks. The latest such catalog rotation happened on January 31, when Xbox Game Pass lost six titles. Seven more games are set to follow later today, February 15.

The third new title to join Xbox Game Pass in February 2025 is part of an award-winning series that offers both single-player and co-op experiences.

Just ahead of the mid-February 2025 wave of Xbox Game Pass departures, Microsoft updated the "Leaving Soon" section of the Xbox Cloud Gaming app, revealing eight more titles that will soon be pulled from the XGP content catalog. This group includes GRIS, Maneater, and PAW Patrol World, as well as Space Engineers, Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun, and Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty. The remasters of Yakuza 3 and Yakuza 4 are also set to leave the service on February 28.
