Three years after its initial launch, Pokemon Unite arrived in China at the end of last year. Well, sort of. What is effectively an entirely different version of Pokemon Unite was released in China, and only on mobile, not Nintendo Switch. If some of Unite's China-exclusive modes and features looked good to you, we have some good news - they're coming to the global version of Unite starting this Pokemon Day.
The reveal that the rest of the world will soon start getting elements previously exclusive to the still-new Chinese version of Unite was made via a post on the MOBA's Japanese site. The first feature from China's version of Unite making its worldwide bow will be its 500-point battle mode. Forget Aeos Energy, this mode is all about scoring the most points.
