One long-time Pokemon TCG fan discovered an unopened HeartGold and SoulSilver pack while moving. Though an unopened 15-year-old pack holds significant value for many Pokemon TCG collectors, this one didn’t stay sealed for long.

The HearGold and SoulSilver set was originally released in the West on February 10, 2010. It is the first main Pokemon TCG expansion from the eponymous HeartGold and SoulSilver Series, known as the Legend Era in Japan. The English-language set incorporated 124 cards, 18 fewer than its Japanese counterpart.

The Pokemon Trading Card Game reveals that Mega Evolutions will be returning to the game at some point later this year.

While packing their things to move, Reddit user Claris-chang recently discovered an unopened HeartGold and SoulSilver pack, more than 15 years since its original release. While they once paid AUD $6.95 (~USD $4.31) for it, a sealed Pokemon TCG booster pack of this kind nowadays retails for around $150—or even over $500 for one with a PSA 10 grade.
