Yet finally, Bethesda has released an official way to play as a ghoul within a Fallout game. Within Fallout 76's season 20, titled “Glow Of The Ghoul,” players will have the ability to turn into a ghoul, alongside many other radiation-themed cosmetics and decorations.
The season 20 roadmap that takes us through June 2025 is filled with mutated rewards and XP boosts, all available either through a Fallout 1st membership, or subscription to a season pass.
