Zack Hoyt, better known by his online moniker Asmongold, has no idea how much he's earning from YouTube, at least on a day-to-day basis. The streamer revealed as much during a recent broadcast, which also saw him pull up his recent Twitch earnings.
While many content creators agree that streaming is easier than working a 9-to-5 job, that doesn't stop them from treating it seriously by, e.g., tracking their performance and sticking with a fixed broadcasting schedule. However, past a certain level of popularity, none of these practices are really pertinent to sustained success.

Testifying to this state of affairs, popular streamer Asmongold has recently revealed that he generally has no idea how much money he's making from YouTube. During a mid-March 2025 Twitch stream, the content creator was asked whether Google's video platform is a bigger source of revenue for him than Twitch.
