Monster Hunter Wilds won’t be available for a short while to get ready for the launch of its first major title update, starting with interruptions on March 31 and with the biggest downtime scheduled for April 3. The upcoming maintenance will pave the way for new content in Monster Hunter Wilds with the release of its first major update, bringing new monsters to hunt and a multiplayer gathering hub.

Released on February 28, 2025, Monster Hunter Wilds is the latest installment in Capcom’s popular RPG series. This new entry brings its share of fresh content, with new monsters to hunt and additional features, like the ability to carry up to two weapons using Seikrets to swap gear. Within three days of release, Monster Hunter Wilds sold over 8 million copies, making it Capcom's fastest-selling game to date.
