A Honkai: Star Rail leak is hinting at the addition of multiple new characters to the game's permanent standard rotation, alongside other new ways to acquire five-star units. The HoYoverse sci-fi RPG's two-year-long history has seen a plethora of unique and powerful characters added to the game throughout the stories of its four playable worlds. Characters like Seele, Firefly, and The Herta have dominated the game in their time as some of the most powerful units players can acquire. Now, some members of its wide cast of characters will be a bit easier to pick up.
Much like its predecessor in Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail features several characters that can always be pulled on the gacha banner. The game's standard rotation of seven different characters features a variety of popular units from the game's inception, including fan-favorite characters like Clara, Gepard, and Yanqing. Many even continue to see meta relevance to this day, with Clara being a powerful choice for damage mitigation and Himeko as a solid pick for the "Pure Fiction" game mode. However, Star Rail's standard character lineup may be growing with the Version 3.2 update.
