A recent Fortnite leak is revealing the new in-game map set to come to the battle royale's "Reload" mode, bringing back one of the game's classic maps. Epic Games has constantly looked to keep the massively popular battle royale fresh with a variety of new locations, weapons, and much more being added to the game. Fortnite has experimented with a variety of different gameplay styles, ranging from the "No Build" mode removing the game's Build mechanic to Fortnite Ballistic as a tactical shooter. Now, one popular mode is set to receive a major new update.
Fortnite's "Reload" game mode has been a fan-favorite for many players since the game mode first debuted in June 2024. Reload looks to bring a streamlined, faster-paced version of Fortnite's typical battle royale gameplay, shrinking the size of lobbies to 40 and allowing players to "Reboot" and keep fighting. The game also features a notably smaller map than the standard game mode, with its layout and many of its POI locations inspired by the Chapter 1 map. However, new information is suggesting that Reload's map will be changing in the near future.
