There will be a new character release strategy for Marvel Rivals when Season 3 begins later this year. Season 2 of Marvel Rivals is set to begin on April 11 and will feature the debut of the icy Emma Frost and menacing Ultron to the game's expansive roster, but the developers are already planning for future seasons, and the new character release strategy for Season 3 and beyond is sure to make a lot of fans very happy.

A Marvel Rivals Season 2 deep-dive video revealed that starting with Season 3, there will be one new character added to the game every month. The seasons will also be shortened to just two months to accommodate the increase in character additions coming to the game.
