Pokemon GO has announced a new Raid Day for April 13 featuring Mega Heracross, Hariyama, and Scraggy. The event will be the fifth Raid Day held by Pokemon GO this year, following the editions that featured Mega Gallade, Ho-Oh, Hoopa Unbound, Mega Absol, and Mega Audino.

Heracross is one of the monsters featured in Gen 2, and its design is very similar to that of the Hercules beetle. Remembered for being one of the Pokemon that Ash used in the anime, it doesn't evolve from or into any critter. However, it can Mega Evolve and get a bulkier exoskeleton. Hariyama is a Gen 3 pocket monster whose design is inspired by a sumo wrestler and is the evolution of Makuhita. Scraggy is featured in Gen 5 games, and this charismatic lizard-like creature evolves into Scrafty at level 39. These three Pokemon will be featured in one of the April events, giving trainers new opportunities to catch them.
