Respawn and Bit Reactor’s turn-based tactical Star Wars game might be named Star Wars: Zero Company, according to a new leak. This mystery project was one of three Star Wars games announced by Respawn and Electronic Arts back in 2022. The others were the acclaimed sequel Star Wars Jedi: Survivor and a first-person shooter that hasn’t been officially named at this time.
The Star Wars franchise lends itself well to strategy gaming, and Bit Reactor certainly has pedigree in the genre thanks to being founded by former members of Firaxis Games - the studio behind such franchises as Civilization and XCOM. The possibilities for this game are almost as vast as the Star Wars galaxy itself, which has expanded even further in recent years thanks to Disney + spin-off shows like The Mandalorian and Andor. Still, there haven’t been many further details about Respawn and Bit Reactor’s mystery Star Wars game since its initial announcement a few years ago.
