The sequel to Ubisoft's sort-of-MMO is coming sooner than you think, and Ubi promises much more content at launch, and after. In a report filed by Ubisoft for its financials, DualShockers is reporting that the developer knows Division 1 lacked content at launch and they're vowing to not repeat the same mistake. They also announced that it plans to launch Division 2 on or before March 31st 2019... expect big news about it at E3, or Gamescon I'd wager.
From the article:
Guillemot admitted that the publisher was surprised by the speed in which gamers consumed the content of the first game of the franchise, so they’ve been working with the development team to bring “a lot of content at launch and to be ready to continue to supply a lot of content during the years that will follow the launch” in order to enable people to stay in the game for the long run.
