Hades 2 to Launch Exclusively on Consoles with Nintendo Switch 2

Hades 2, the sequel to one of the best and most acclaimed roguelikes ever made, has already captivated PC players with its Early Access version and has become one of the most anticipated titles of the coming months. Switch 2 Will Be the First Console to Receive Hades 2 We now know all the launch titles for the Nintendo Switch 2, including Nintendo exclusives, enhanced Switch 2 editions, and third-party games. Not all of them will be available on June 5, 2025, though. Some examples include Elden Ring Tarnished Edition, Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade, and Hades 2, the latter being a timed console exclusive for Nintendo. Supergiant Games has just confirmed that Hades 2 will debut first on Nintendo Switch 2, following a similar release strategy as the original, which launched first on Nintendo Switch before arriving on other platforms. This means that when Hades 2 is released, it will first be available on PC and Switch 2. For now, it’s unclear how long the timed exclusivity on Nintendo’s new console will last.
