Hello Games just released a new April 2025 update for No Man’s Sky, sticking to its promise of making the huge sci-fi universe better. This No Man’s Sky update skips big gameplay additions and instead targets a pile of bugs players have been reporting.

No Man’s Sky came out in 2016 and faced a rough start as many gamers weren’t happy with how shallow the universe felt back then. Over the years, though, Hello Games kept pushing out No Man’s Sky updates, fixing things up and adding a ton of new content to improve the game. Just last month, it launched the Relics update, bringing a new fossil collection and display system. Players can now dig up bones from planetary sites, piece together full skeletons on decorative stands, and trade or sell the finished displays. That update also started the Relics expedition, handing out special rewards like the skeletal companion, Living Stone jetpack, and Basilisk Crown staff.
