The Xbox team has officially announced the date of the 2025 Xbox Games Showcase, and after the show, there will be an additional livestream giving a closer look at the upcoming The Outer Worlds 2. The event is happening just two days after another major industry event, the Summer Games Fest, so audiences are getting a lot of gaming news in a short amount of time. Xbox fans can expect quite a bit of new information and announcements regarding first-party and third-party Xbox titles, as well as a deep dive into the highly anticipated RPG The Outer Worlds 2.
The Xbox Games Showcase will be on June 8 at 1 p.m. ET/10 a.m. PT and will be livestreamed from Xbox's YouTube and Twitch accounts. The Xbox Games Showcase will include “looks at upcoming titles from across our first-party studios, in addition to incredible new titles from our third-party partners across the globe."
