Assassin's Creed Shadows has become one of the biggest games of 2025 so far, and as a treat for fans, the lead actors for the game tested their real-life sword-fighting skills. Assassin's Creed Shadows features dual protagonists: a shinobi named Naoe and a samurai named Yasuke. The characters are played by Masumi Tsunoda and Tongayi Chirisa, respectively, and in this new video, the two squared off against YouTube content creator and actor Toru Uchikado.
In the video by Toru Uchikado, Tsunoda and Chirisa are interviewed by Uchikado about their backgrounds, how they got the lead roles in Assassin's Creed Shadows, their experiences acting and motion-capturing the game, and of course, they both participate in a choreographed sword fight with Uchikado. The final result is an informative and impressive display of sword skills and acting abilities.
The initial sword fight is between Uchikado and Tsunoda, with Chirisa appearing as a surprise guest during the fight, eventually ending with both of them teaming up to defeat Uchikado and striking similar poses to ones featured in the game.
