Where Winds Meet has been confirmed to be released on PC and PS5 later in 2025, with closed playtests set to take place in May. Backed by publisher NetEase Games, Where Winds Meet is a historical action RPG from a Chinese developer, Everstone Studio.

Apart from titles like 2024's Black Myth: Wukong and the forthcoming Phantom Blade Zero, Where Winds Meet is another big release from the Chinese gaming industry and has been hotly anticipated since first being revealed in 2022. It follows the story of a young martial artist as he ventures across a diverse open-world map of 10th-century China set during the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms period. In addition to role-playing elements, the action-adventure title also packs an emphasis on Chinese martial arts-inspired combat. In December 2024, Where Winds Meet came out on PC in China exclusively, which was followed by the launch of its mobile port in the same region in January. The devs have now finally shed light on their plans for the historical title's arrival in other countries.
