Some of this card art dates back to the original Pokémon TCG sets, while others are pulled from more recent sets. Thanks to using old Pokémon TCG art, many newcomers to Pokémon TCG Pocket are discovering some fantastic secrets for the first time.
Over on the Pokémon TCG Pocket subreddit, user Weekly-Zucchini-8822 discovered that Saya Tsurata's artwork always has a Poké Ball hidden in them. Although Tsurata has been placing Poké Balls in art for years, the nature of Pokémon TCG Pocket means that many app users were discovering the Easter eggs for the first time.
Comments on Reddit ranged from surprise to appreciation, with user mokuden saying "Awesome find!" and HisHonorTomDonson stating "Would literally never have noticed!"
