Embark Studios' upcoming extraction shooter ARC Raiders has just recently begun its second tech test, giving players a chance to try the game early, and it's already featuring a new content update in the form of Night Raids. The third-person shooter is set to release into early access sometime later this year, but Tech Test 2 is off to a strong start, and is already introducing a way for players to find high-tier loot.
Though the Night Raid icons have been viewable in-game next to a timer since Tech Test 2 began, the official ARC Raiders X (formerly Twitter) account has confirmed that Night Raids feature high-tier loot, but come with added danger in the form of a colossal ARC known as the Queen. According to the timers in-game, the first Night Raid began on the Spaceport map at 5:00pm ET on May 1, with more following on the other two maps, Dam Battlegrounds and Buried City. Each Night Raid is temporary, with each timer starting a new countdown for when it will become available on that map again.
