A new trailer for Elden Ring Nightreign reveals that players will be able to dress themselves in the costumes of fan-favorite Dark Souls series characters. A multiplayer-oriented spin-off of Elden Ring, Elden Ring Nightreign will launch for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S on May 30.
Elden Ring Nightreign is less than a month away from its official release date, and players will soon get a chance to see what FromSoftware and Bandai Namco have in store for Elden Ring and Dark Souls fans alike. Though FromSoftware assured fans that it was committed to single-player titles, Nightreign promises to be a unique twist on the Elden Ring formula. It brings a more persistent multiplayer focus to players' adventures in the land of Limveld. As a team of three Nightfarers, players will cooperate to hunt foes, accomplish objectives, and prepare to survive a night cycle full of vicious bosses. Limveld itself will also change with every run, its shifting territory and layout promising a variety of new challenges and choices.
After the one-two-punch of Elden Ring Nightreign and The Duskbloods, FromSoftware might be best suited to return to its single-player roots....
