Overwatch's Latest Event Transforms Sigma Into a Conductor

The latest Overwatch event has begun, and centers on Sigma. 

A new event has begun in Overwatch, entitled Sigma's Maestro Challenge. The event has already begun, and will last until July 27th. During Sigma's Maestro Challenge, players can earn a player icon, a legendary emote, six unique sprays, and a legendary skin for Sigma. 

Throughout Sigma's Maestro Challenge, players can earn the rewards by racking up wins in Quick Play, Competitive Play, or Arcade. These rewards are a bonus on top of a player's normal earnings for playing in the Arcade. By earning three wins, players will be rewarded a new player icon. Six wins nets gamers a new emote. Finally, if a players gets nine wins during the event, they will get a legendary skin for Sigma, the Maestro Sigma. 

Getting wins in Overwatch is not the only way that players can earn rewards during Sigma's Maestro Challenge. Players can also net rewards by watching Twitch streamers while they play Overwatch. By watching two hours of streams, players will receive a new spray. Watching for four hours will net players another two sprays. Finally, watching six hours will reward players with another three sprays. It is important to note that in order to receive these rewards, a gamers must have their Blizzard account linked to their Twitch account. Players can visit here in order to get more information on how to link various accounts to their Twitch account. 

On the Overwatch page, it was also announced that the brand-new soundtrack, Overwatch: Cities and Countries, is available now to enjoy. The soundtrack features the themes of maps and missions from the shooter. Players can visit here in order to tune into the soundtrack on their favorite streaming platform. 

Overwatch is available now for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and the Nintendo Switch.
