A prominent Fortnite leaker claims that companions (or pets) could be coming to the game as a new type of cosmetic in the near future. Fortnite recently launched its biggest Star Wars collaboration yet, giving players the opportunity to experience a full mini-season stuffed with features from a galaxy far, far away.
Epic Games is always making tweaks and adjustments to Fortnite, as it just recently removed Wall Kicks and Roll Landings from all the game's main shooter modes. Fortunately, creator-made experiences have been left untouched, allowing anyone who created parkour experiences to utilize the movement abilities without any issue. The shift came as a surprise to many players, as the new types of movement were recently added with the launch of Chapter 6 Season 1 in December 2025. While Epic Games didn't comment on any new movement features coming to the game, it did state that it would take what it has learned from Wall Kicks and Roll Landings and apply it to future changes. Some fans were happy about the news, while others expressed that Zero Build might feel incomplete without all the game's movement options.
