Perhaps this is just for the build to advertise the upcoming major. Andy gets to assume dominance against Mai Shiranui Bo… never mind, Billy, Terry, Rock, Tizoc, and B Jenet, to show off how his tools fare against the other Wolves era brawlers. His dialogue against these foes was telling, though I won’t spoil it for you.
