New rumors have suggested that Dragon Ball FighterZ developer Arc System Works may be working on a new game, set to launch exclusively for the Nintendo Switch 2. The Japan-based studio has gained a reputation within the gaming community for its litany of stellar fighting game releases, while also acting as a publisher for plenty of other games. Arc System Works has become particularly well-known for its work with other franchises, including the previously-mentioned Dragon Ball FighterZ and Granblue Fantasy: Versus. Now, a new game may be on the way from the prolific developer.
Recent weeks have seen plenty of exciting announcements revolving around the next major home console from Nintendo. Nintendo held its big introduction stream for the Switch 2 in early April, showing off new features with the updated hardware and plenty of games. As part of the showcase, Nintendo showed off many games from third-party developers as well, including FromSoftware, Square-Enix, and Capcom among others.
