The Nintendo Switch 2 Home Menu can be navigated with the Joy-Con controllers in mouse mode, according to a new video released by Nintendo on social media. The Switch 2 Joy-Con video showed how users can navigate the Home Menu once Nintendo's upcoming console hits store shelves on June 5.

As the successor to the original Switch, the Switch 2 contains several upgrades from its predecessor. Along with a larger screen and enhanced graphical power, the Switch 2's Joy-Con controllers have additional functions and can support some strange configurations, such as being attached to the console in reverse. Alongside a dedicated C-Button for GameChat, the Joy-Con 2's main gimmick is mouse mode, which can be utilized by turning a Joy-Con controller on its long side and moving it along a flat surface like a PC mouse. Both the left and right Joy-Con 2 controllers can be used in mouse mode.

Nintendo updates its end user license agreement to say it may render consoles unusable if players modify their consoles or tamper with its software.
