The new San Francisco Nintendo Store is opening soon, and it's bringing a Nintendo Switch OLED customization service that was previously only offered to customers in Japan. The option has previously been made available at Nintendo Store locations in places like Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto, as well as to Japanese online customers. However, it's been strangely absent from Nintendo New York, which had been the only Nintendo store located in the US.
Nintendo continues to spread its influence beyond the screens of the Nintendo Switch and mobile phones. In addition to the San Francisco Nintendo Store opening on May 15, the entertainment company has also partnered with Universal Studios to open Nintendo-themed parks in both Japan and the United States. It's also seen the release of the extremely successful The Super Mario Bros. Movie, with a sequel and a Legend of Zelda movie both in the works.
