A Genshin Impact leak is hinting at new story content coming with Genshin Impact's Version 5.7 update, teasing more backstory to come for fan-favorite Inazuma character Thoma. The HoYoverse RPG has featured a wide variety of different ways to present the story of its characters, between both the main story and side quests focused around particular cast members. "Character Quests" focus on the stories of individual roster members, while HoYoverse has also featured "Hangout" events for several of its four-star units. Now, one of Inazuma's most popular characters is getting new story content soon.
Genshin Impact's island region of Inazuma has served as one of the game's most popular locales since its initial debut in Version 2.0. Inazuma was the first fully new region added to the game following its release in late 2020, featuring a wide array of unique locations between the towering Tenshukaku and the picturesque Watatsumi Island. The region has also boasted some of Genshin Impact's most beloved characters, including fan-favorite cast members like Kamisato Ayaka, Raiden Shogun, and Sangonomiya Kokomi. New information is now hinting at a brand-new event for one of Inazuma's playable characters.
