Among its myriad of graphical improvements, Oblivion Remastered players can't help but praise Virtuos for imbuing the NPCs of Cyrodiil with new depth. The world of Tamriel has once again captured the hearts of Bethesda fans, as Oblivion Remastered continues to enjoy critical and commercial success. While it still features a decent number of bugs and technical issues, this hasn't stopped many players from enjoying their adventure in Cyrodiil and the Shivering Isles.

The gorgeous locations of Oblivion Remastered have been a highlight to explore, as Unreal Engine 5 elevated the landmarks and cities of Cyrodiil into the most stunning rendition of Tamriel yet. A key reason why the remake has been so successful is that it kept the original game underneath, improving on some of its shortcomings, but leaving the core gameplay untouched. However, given the infamy of Oblivion's character models, this was one area where Virtuos was allowed to make radical changes.

Oblivion Remastered has patched many of the original game's bugs and glitches, but some remain present, which might cause some grief to players.
