The Brushes with Death DLC patch for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 seems to have fixed two of the game's toughest achievements. Not even four months after its release, developer Warhorse Studios has already released its first story DLC for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, named Brushes with Death. This paid DLC adds several more hours of rich storytelling to dig into and over ten new achievements for players to earn.
Last month, Warhorse Studios brought a new challenge to Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 players in the form of Hardcore mode. The original game, as well as the sequel, have been notorious for their lack of difficulty settings upon release, rolling out a Hardcore option later on. Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2's new difficulty mode was accompanied by the addition of two new achievements, "Hardcore Henry II," and "Against All Odds." The former, worth only ten Gamerscore, is awarded for completing the game on Hardcore mode, while the latter takes it several steps further for 90 Gamerscore, asking players to finish the game on Hardcore with all the game's negative perks enabled. Unfortunately, Xbox gamers have reported that the achievements were bugged upon completing their rigorous requirements.
