Treyarch has announced a new update to Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, revealing the featured playlists that will be added to the shooter this week. In Black Ops 6, playlists collect pre-selected game modes and map combinations to be used during online multiplayer matches, making it easier and more time-efficient for players to jump into specific game types without needing to manually select certain preferences every time.
Black Ops 6 has been out in the wild since October 2024, serving as the 21st entry in the popular Call of Duty series and the seventh installment in the Black Ops sub-series. The game’s single-player story sees CIA operatives Troy Marshall and Frank Woods embark on a mission to track the paramilitary group, Pantheon. CoD left the player base disgruntled recently when the Black Ops 6 team removed a controversial ad feature, labeling it an error, and the devs still have to address the matter with some transparency.
Fans are understandably excited for Grief's return in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Zombies, and this return has one big positive over the original.
