A new leak might have just revealed the existence and title of a new A Plague Tale game, just ahead of a potential showcase reveal. The most recent game in the series, A Plague Tale: Requiem, launched in 2022 on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch.
The Plague Tale series has been a particularly bright spot in the catalog of its developer, Asobo Studio. Once known for licensed titles and relatively low-profile releases, the studio's release of A Plague Tale: Innocence wowed players and critics alike with its high-quality visuals and evocative setting, as well as its narrative that depicted one of the best sibling relationships in gaming. Innocence starred a pair of siblings living in France during the time of the infamous Black Death, a continent-spanning plague spread by hordes of rats.
