The title has been the center of attention and speculation ever since it was announced to be coming this year. Writing on the Hollow Knight Discord, Team Cherry's Marketing Director Matthew "Leth" Griffin has confirmed that Hollow Knight: Silksong will arrive "before HOLIDAY." The game will not launch at the same time as the newly announced Xbox ROG Ally, as Leth goes on to clarify that the title is "not tied to a console release." Finally, the team has confirmed on the Discord that the game will be available as an Xbox Game Pass title (though it's unclear if this will be a day-one release).
