The signs pointing to Leon Kennedy being Resident Evil Requiem's main character keep growing, despite there being no official confirmation yet. Leon has been a fan-favorite for years, thanks in large part to starring in some of the series' most popular entries, Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 4. It seems likely that he'll return to the franchise in Resident Evil Requiem as fans dig up new evidence.
Capcom revealed Resident Evil Requiem at the Summer Game Fest on June 6, and speculation immediately followed. The official trailer confirmed that the game will take place at least partially in Raccoon City and will put players into the shoes of Grace Ashcroft, the daughter of Resident Evil Outbreak's Alyssa Ashcroft. However, fans aren't convinced Grace will be the only playable character, and there's good reason to believe the rumors.
