The Coalition has confirmed that Gears of War: Reloaded's performance will be the same for both Xbox Series X and S users. A new remaster of Xbox's classic 2006 shooter, Gears of War: Reloaded bundles the original's campaign and multiplayer suite as the definitive version of the game. Additionally, Xbox is offering this new remaster at no charge to fans who already own the digital version of 2015's Gears of War: Ultimate Edition.

While a solid, less-costly console option for gamers looking to get into the Xbox ecosystem, the Xbox Series S has had its share of technical shortcomings in the years since its 2020 launch.
