After finding this special Easter egg in Deltarune, the Among Us social media team sent an excited reply to Toby Fox, who responded with a joke of his own.
Billed as a parallel story to Undertale, Deltarune has seen periodic updates since its initial launch in 2018. Using a chapter-based format to tell its overarching story, Deltarune recently doubled its available chapters from two to four following the launch of Nintendo's new Switch 2 console. The Switch 2 version of Deltarune features functions that utilize the mouse mode capabilities of the Joy-Con 2 controllers. However, this Joy-Con feature can only be used in a specific room that players must find. Game creator Toby Fox also stated that the newly released Chapter 4 is not the end of Deltarune, as the game's fifth chapter is planned to arrive sometime in 2026.
