A new video about Elden Ring Nightreign is comparing the lineup of Dark Souls-inspired skins featured in the newly released game to the original Dark Souls outfits. The spinoff of the critically-acclaimed Elden Ring took the world by storm following its release at the end of May, quickly seeing similar praise and excitement to the original. Elden Ring Nightreign smashed through the two million units sold milestone within less than a day of its release, topping the charts across multiple online storefronts. Now, one particular aspect of Nightreign is seeing plenty of praise.
Among the many different skins available for players to acquire within Nightreign, the Elden Ring spinoff features multiple callbacks to FromSoftware's most well-known series. Nightreign offers players the chance to pick up several in-game skins inspired by different outfits from the Dark Souls games, available to purchase after beating four different Nightlords and Heolstor the Nightlord. The skins feature a plethora of outfits from throughout the Dark Souls franchise, including iconic looks like Solaire of Astora's Armor.
